摘    要:为了获得最优分割方案,提出一种基于特征的零件分割算法.算法将特征技术首次应用于零件分割工艺中,将特征作为研究对象,以特征可加工性分析替代传统零件三角面片可视性分析,提高了计算精度与效率;分割过程中约束条件不但保证了分割块的规整性而且有利于CAD/CAM的集成;算法中引入分割方案优选规则,保证了分割方案的最优性.该算法具有分割效率高、适用性强和实现过程简单等优点.

Abstract:To get the optimal partitioning scheme,a feature-based partitioning algorithm for complex part was proposed.In this approach,feature technology is applied in model partitioning process and features are taken as the subjects in subsequent investment.Traditional triangle facets visibility analysis for model is replaced by feature manchinability analysis and computing precision and efficiency are enhanced obviously for this reason.Constraint conditions in partitioning process not only ensure block regularity but make for CAD/CAM integration.Selective preference rules are introduced to get the final optimal partitioning schemes.This algorithm has the virtue of high efficiency,strong adaptability and simple process.
