| 摘 要： | 金针菇是别具一格的食用菌,既有蘑菇的鲜美味,又有银耳嫩滑的胶质,还有金针菜清脆的甘甜味。发展金针菇栽培具有较大的经济效益。本文对每一过程中所必需的技术要点和注意事项进行了初步分析。

| Abstract: | Collybia uelutipes is a kind of distinctive edible fungus. It tastes sweet and crisp. In addition, it is not only tasty like mushroom, but also has tender pectin like Tremella fuciform Bark. Development of cultivation of collybia uelutipes will bring much more econmic benefit. Elementary Analysis was carried out on essencial technologic problems and matters needing attention during every cultivation step. |
