摘    要:电动汽车快速充电站是城市未来重要的基础设施,其规划建设是否合理直接影响到城市交通体系的运行和电动汽车产业的发展.以城市电动汽车日充电量为基础对快速充电站总量进行了预测,通过分析电动汽车快速充电站车辆到达及充电时间的特征,引入了随机服务系统,建立了排队系统模型,计算了平均逗留时间和充电机空闲时间的比例等指标.采用愿望模型分析方法,优化确定充电站的设备数量,既减少顾客的等待时间、解决排队拥挤现象,又有效减少充电站的投资.最后通过MATLAB实例仿真验证了该方法的有效性.

Abstract:Fast charging stations for electric vehicles (EVs)will be an important infrastructure in future cities. Whether its planning and construction are reasonable or not will significantly influence the traffic system of cities and the de-velopment of EV industry. This paper made a prediction of the total number of charging stations based on the charging energy consumption per day. After the analysis of the characteristics of EV's arriving time and charging duration in charging station, the random service system was introduced, the queuing system model built, and the average queu-ing time and idle time proportions of EV chargers calculated. With desire model adopted, the number of EV chargers was optimized, which can not only save customers' queuing time, solving the problem of crowded queuing, but also reduce the investment of charging station. At last, MATLAB used as a simulation tool, the effectiveness of this approach was confirmed.
