摘    要:为使液滴分析技术定性识别液体时能定量给出主要的水质指标,将光纤溶解氧传感器引入液滴分析技术,利用荧光淬灭原理检测溶解氧含量;同时,利用盐度与液滴指纹图的关系建立拟合方程,检测盐度.将溶解氧探头放入盛水的烧杯中与液滴结构中进行对比实验,两者最大相差0.37%,说明在液滴结构中检测溶解氧具有可行性;对不同盐度的溶液进行实验,结果表明随着盐度的增加光纤电压值增大,建立了盐度的拟合方程;通过检验发现式(2)效果较好,最大误差为5.5%.

Abstract:To quantitatively measure water quality parameters when droplet analysis technology is applied to identify-ing the liquid, fiber dissolved oxygen sensor was introduced into droplet analysis technology. Fluorescence quench-ing principle was adopted to detect dissolved oxygen concentration. Meanwhile, based on the relationship between salinity and liquid droplet fingerprint (LDF), the fitting equation is established to inspect the salinity. The compara- tive experiments were conducted by putting the probe into the breaker and the dissolved oxygen droplet structure, respectively, and the results show that the maximum error is 0.37%, which means that it is feasible to detect the con- centration of dissolved oxygen in the droplet structure. Experiments were performed on liquids with different salinities, and the results show that the optical fiber voltage increases with the increase of salinity. The fitting equa-tion of salinity was established, and it is shown through inspection that the fitting equation is significant and the maximum error is 5.5%.
