摘    要:目的探索三嗪类氮杂环蕃的结构。方法以三聚氯氰、丙氨酸、十二醇、1,6-己二胺、对苯二胺、4,4’-二氨基-二苯醚、4,4’-二氨基-二苯甲烷为原料,经过酯化、取代反应来合成,并通过IR,1HNMR,MALDI-TOFMS和元素分析对其结构进行表征。结果合成了三种新型三嗪类氮杂环蕃。结论该类型三嗪环蕃有特殊的内空腔及外围结构,为其在分子识别,进而在人工模拟酶、催化剂等方面的应用奠定了基础。

Abstract:Aim To explore the structure of Azacyclophanes of 1,3,5-Triazine.Methods The target products were synthesized from Cyanuric chloride,Alanine,Dodecanol,1,6-diamine,P-phenylenediamine,4,4’-diamino-ether,4,4,-diamino-diphenyl methane by esterification and substitution,and their structures were characterized by 1H NMR,IR,MALDI-TOF-MS techniques and elemental analysis.Results Three novel Azacyclophanes of 1,3,5-Triazine were synthesized.Conclusion Azacyclophanes of 1,3,5-Triazine of this type have a special cavity structure,which lays the foundation for molecular relognition and then in artificial enzymes,catalysts and other aspects of the application.
