摘    要:推导了十六节产单元、二节点钉单元和基于一阶剪切变形理论的八节点等参板单元,并通过坐标变换使之用于壳体结构,还将相对坐标系内求解法与修正型虚拟的转动刚度法相结合,有效地克服了平面单元分析壳体结构所固有的方程病态问题。通过算例,对复合材料旋转壳体混合连接件中的应力分布进行了分析和讨论,得到了一些有益的结果。

Abstract:The formulation of sixteen nodded adhesive element,two nodded bolt element and eight nodded isoparametric plate element based on the first order transverse shear effect theory is deduced,which can be used to analyze the laminated shell joint structures by means of the coordinates transformation scheme.Meanwhile the relative coordinate system and modified virtual rotation stiffness techniques are also employed to overcome the ill condition problem of total stiffness matrix of the structures during analysis process successfully. Furthermore,the whole adhesive bolted laminated joint structures can be divided into several repeat subdomains because of the cyclic symmetry characteristic of the joints,therefore,the whole analysis procedure can be greatly simplified.On the basis of the theories and methods described above,a computational program for stress analysis of the adhesive bolted joints of the plate and shell structures has been developed.As numerical examples,some typical laminated joints are studied,and the stress distributions of the joint structures are presented.The discussion conclusions drawn in the paper are useful for researchers and designers of the engineering composite structures.
