几种纳米剂在润滑油中的摩擦学性能对比

摘    要:为了考察纳米剂在润滑油中的摩擦学性能,应用四球摩擦磨损试验机研究了烃分子纳米剂、氟碳纳米剂和金刚石纳米剂作为润滑油极压抗磨剂的摩擦学性能;并用扫描电子显微镜分析了磨痕表面的形貌。结果表明:烃分子纳米剂具有更好的抗磨损性能,氟碳纳米剂具有更好的抗极压性能;不同的纳米剂在润滑油中的极压抗磨性能差异较大。

Abstract:In order to research nano-additives' tribological performance in lubricating oil,the tribological performance of nano-hydrocarbon,nano-fluorine carbon and nano-diamond as additives of lubricating oil were studied by applying four-ball tester.The scanning electron microscope was used to analyze the morphology of wear surface.The result shows that nano-hydrocarbon contains more excellent antiwear characteristics,nano-fluorine has more excellent anti-extreme pressure capacity.Different nano-additives' extreme ...
