透平压缩机组的模糊PID控制与特性研究

摘    要:通过对典型透平压缩机组的分析,建立了汽轮机驱动压缩机组的动态数学模型,设计了机组的模糊比例-积分-微分(PID)控制器,研究了机组的动态响应特性.研究结果表明:在系统扰动时,采用所提模糊PID控制器可以使控制量无动态超调,并且消除了稳态误差,从而加快了系统的响应速度.在基于压缩机流量、压比和转速三者相互耦合而设计的控制器可以分别控制汽轮机压缩机转速和防喘振阀,使得压缩机工作点不进入喘振区域,压缩机压比在40 s内达到设定值,由此达到了改善控制效果和节约能源的目的,为变转速透平压缩机组控制系统的设计提供了理论基础.

Abstract:The dynamic mathematical model of a turbine-driven centrifugal compressor was established.A fuzzy PID controller for the compressor was designed and the dynamic response characteristics of the compressor were examined.The results show that the fuzzy PID controller designed can reduce the overshoot of the system dynamic response compared with the conventional controllers and eliminate steady state errors quickly when disturbance occurs,leading to the greater system response speed.Considering the coupling of ...
