桥梁加宽中新旧桥面挠度差的控制

摘    要:为减小桥梁加宽施工中交通荷载引起的新旧桥面间的挠度差,采用基于梁格的有限元数值计算方法,研究了交通管制、在新旧桥面间设置临时剪力架、在旧桥下设置临时支撑、分段浇注新旧桥面间的混凝土接缝这4种措施及其组合的应用情况。研究结果表明:通过采取适当的交通管制措施,如关闭与混凝土接缝毗邻车道,能较有效地降低新旧桥面间的变形差,但实际施工中,如果单纯采用该措施,则需要在接缝混凝土浇注后的6~8 h内完全封闭交通;在旧桥桥下设置临时支撑比在新旧桥面间设置临时剪力架更能有效地减小交通荷载作用下新旧桥面间的变形差,但该措施受到桥梁所处位置限制,且成本较高;分节段浇注混凝土接缝亦能减小交通荷载作用下新旧桥面间的变形差,但可能增加施工工期;在4种措施的组合应用方面,以适当的交通管制和在新旧桥面间设置临时剪力架的组合方式较为可行和有效。
