摘    要:为了保证好水川流域生活用水、生态用水和农业用水,促进流域经济可持续发展,根据水资源开发利用现状和工程布局,将流域内的1座水库、11座骨干坝和15座中型淤地坝作为统一的供水水源,运用大系统多目标规划理论,建立了坝系联合优化配置模型.该模型综合考虑了经济、生态和社会效益,提高了水资源的利用效率,为流域合理分配水资源提供了依据.

Abstract:To guarantee the water for life,environment and agriculture and to promote the sustainable development in Haoshuichuan watershed,the water in 1 reservoir,11 key dams and 15 medium-sized check dams are used as water supply to set up the optimization allocation model through big system multiobjective theory.The benefit of economic,zoology and social are considered synthetically in the model and the utilization ratio of water resource is increased,which can provide basis to the optimal use.
