宁夏城乡统筹发展水平综合评价

城乡统筹既是一种城乡联动的发展模式,也是区域发展的高级阶段,对于加快社会主义新农村建设和全面建设小康社会也具有十分重要的意义.采用层次分析法,分别对宁夏5个地级市和20个区县（市）的城乡统筹水平进行了定量测度.结果显示,地级市城乡统筹水平分别处于城乡二元阶段、城乡二元过渡阶段和城乡互动阶段,并呈自南而北逐步递增变化;县（区）城乡统筹发展水平为两头小、中间大的结构,处在城乡二元过渡阶段和城乡互动阶段,处在城乡二元阶段和城乡中度融合阶段的各有2个县（区）,并且在空间分布上则表现出强烈的不均衡性.

Comprehensive Evaluation of the Level of Urban-rural Coordinating Development in Ningxia

The urban-rural coordinating development is a kind of developmental mode for both city and country,as well as a higher stage of regional development around the world.There are of great importance for the socialist new-countryside construction and the comprehensive construction of well-off society.Based on the analytic hierarchy process,a quantitative measurement have been made for 5 cities and 20 districts and countries in Ningxia.The results show that the level of urban-rural coordinating development for cities is placed in the urban-rural separate step,the urban-rural separate to combine step and the urban-rural interact step.For the districts and the countries,the level of urban-rural coordinating development is shown as big for both sides,small for middle.It means that the most of the districts and the countries are on the step of Second and the Third,the few of them are on the step of the First and the Fourth,and a very obviously unbalance is appearanced on the spatial distribution.
