摘    要:应用模板法分别合成了钴、锌、镍的铁氧体纳米管,并进行了透射电子显微镜和X射线衍射分析及磁性测量.TEM结果表明,这3种样品具有明确的管状结构,虽然制备条件相同,但所得纳米管管壁的颗粒尺寸并不一致;XRD结果显示所有纳米管由尖晶石型结构的铁氧体组成,且无明显的择优取向;磁性测量也表明,样品没有明显的磁各向异性.

Abstract:Ferrite nanotubes of cobalt,zinc or nickel are synthesized by template method,and diffraction analysis of X ray and TEM and magnetic measurement are carried out.TEM results indicate that three samples are of the explicit tube-like structure.The formation conditions of them are alike,but particle sizes around the nanotube are not consistent.XRD results demonstrate that all nanotubes are made up of the spinel ferrites without any preferred crystallite orientation.What’s more,according to magnetic measurement,the samples have no distinct features of magnetocrystalline anisotropy.
