| 摘 要： | 在分别计算彭阳县1983—2008年的生态足迹和1999—2005年的生态承载力的基础上,得到了彭阳县近年的可持续发展指标.结果表明,在1983—2008年中,彭阳县人均生态足迹总体处于增长趋势,由1983年的0.504 7hm2增加到2008年的2.796 7hm2,增加了5.54倍,草地、化石能源和耕地是生态足迹的主要供给部分;人均生态承载力由1999年的1.196 2hm2降低到2005年的0.900 5hm2,耕地、林地和草地是生态承载力的主要供给部分.2001年是彭阳县生态经济系统可持续发展状态的转折点,此前彭阳县的可持续发展指标大于0,其发展是可持续的,而此后可持续发展指标小于0,其发展状态是不可持续的,即彭阳县从此出现了生态赤字.

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the ecological sustainable development,the paper calculated the ecological footprint from 1983 to 2008 and the ecological capacity from 1999 to 2005 of Pengyang County,the ecological sustainable development index is get.The result shows that the ecological footprint per capita of Pengyang County are increased gradually.It increased from 0.504 7 hm2 to 2.796 7 hm2 in the period of 1983 to 2008 and about 5.54 times.Pasture,fossil energy land and arable land are the main parts of the ecological footprint.The ecological capacity per capita is reduced from 1.196 2 hm2 to 0.900 5 hm2 in the period of 1999 to 2005.The ecological capacity is mainly come from the arable land,forest and pasture.Before 2001,the ecological sustainable development is high than zero and the economic development is sustainable.But,the ecological sustainable development lower than zero arose in 2001 and this year is the change point of the eco-economic system.After this year,the development of Pengyang County has changed to unsustainable. |
