| 摘 要： | 本文利用线性方程组的理论，给出了任意的矩阵方程AX＝B有解的一个充要条件，在有解时，给出了解的一般表达式，并给出了利用矩阵的初等行变换求出其解的一种简易方法。

| Abstract: | Author of the thesis has got a full and necessary condition to solve any matrix equation AX=B by the theoryon linear equations, When there is a solution of the matrix equation,the author,the author gives a general formula of the solution,In addition,the author has got a simple method to find the solution of AX=B by applying the primary limear transformation. |
