航炮系统的虚拟样机仿真与分析

摘    要:介绍了虚拟样机技术的发展和应用,并给出多体系统动力学的理论基础。将虚拟样机技术应用于某航炮系统的仿真,在LMS Virtual.Lab平台下建立了航炮虚拟样机,验证了航炮虚拟样机模型的合理性。并对航炮系统的后座力和射击精度进行了优化。

Abstract:The development and application of the virtual prototyping technology are presented, The theoretical basis of multibody system dynamics is also given. By using the commercial software LMS Virtual. Lab, virtual prototyping simulations and its application in the gun system were presented. The simulations of the gun system were validated with the existed experimental results, At last, the dynamic behavior and shooting precision of the system were optimized.
