电流变传动器的现代双谱分析

摘    要:电流变流体是一种新型的智能软物质,它是2 1世纪人们普遍关注的材料.电流变传动器在工程中有重要应用前景.首先介绍电流变传动器的工作原理.当白噪声干扰电流变传动器时,利用采样数据,建立时间序列的自回归模型.然后根据Laplace变换与Z变换的关系,可以得到系统的无阻尼自然频率和阻尼比.双谱分析是一种新的信号处理的有效技术,它可以定量描写信号间的非线性耦合,可以抑制噪声、保留了信号的相位信息.这里应用AR双谱研究电流变的传动器的动力学特性.电流变的传动器的自动检控制系统是用NI虚拟仪器构成的

Abstract:Electrorheological (ER) fluids are a new-type of intelligent soft matter widely concerned in the 21st century, ER actuator (ERA) is significant in mechanical engineering. In this paper, the work principle of ERA is presented. When a white noise interferes with the device, a time series model, proposed as AR (autoregressive) model, is conducted by using the sampled experimental data.The undamped natural frequency and damping ratio are obtained in comparison of Laplace transform with Z-transform. Bispectrum analysis is emerging as a new powerful technique in signal processing, which can describe nonlinear coupling, restrain Gaussian noise and reserve phase component. AR bispectrum is put forward for investigating the dynamic characteristics of the ERA. The automatic measurement and control system of ERA based on NI virtual instruments is established.
