| 摘 要： | 在新的时代里,社会经济、政治和文化以及青年人的心理特征都发生了很大的变化,传统的思想政治教育方法和模式显然在许多情况下已不能适应,隐性教育作为一种不同于传统的思政工作方法,在高校德育工作中具有独特的价值和优势。

| Abstract: | In the new era,great changes have taken place in the fields of society,economy,politics,culture and the psychological characteristics of young people.The traditional mode of political and ideological education is not fit in the new situation.The paper holds that the recessive education,different from the traditional method,has the unique value and advantage in the moral education of a university. |
