| 摘 要： | QFD中可以通过改进工序过程来提高顾客需求的满意度,建立了在企业额定资金投入情况下,能使顾客满意度最大化的工序改进计划求解流程.流程的设计是基于传统的QFD理论进行的,并且将客户需求、工程设计以及它们之间的相关性等现实条件引入到流程的构建中,最后通过实例进行了研究表明可确保资金投入使产品质量提高.

| Abstract: | Process improvement under QFD theory can improve customer satisfaction degree.The resolving procedure with capital constraints,which is aiming at minimizing the total cost is given.The working-process is designed based on QFD theory,and some realistic conditions are taken into account in the process designing.Finally,an example is executedly suing the method,the result show that the ploduct quaoity is the best under capital constraints. |
