| 摘 要： | 加强和改善研究生思想政治教育工作是建设中国特色社会主义建设事业健康发展的现实需要。文章在理性分析研究生思想政治教育工作体制现状的基础上,提出要从树立新观念,创新工作体系和运行机制,加强管理组织体系,优化教育环境等方面,对研究生思想政治教育体制进行制度构建,以求对新时期研究生思想政治教育工作体制创新发展有所裨益。
