洋鸡蛋与柴鸡蛋蛋黄中叶酸含量的比较

摘    要:通过对柴鸡蛋和洋鸡蛋中叶酸这一营养元素进行检测,了解两种鸡蛋中的叶酸含量是否存在差异。以市售散装洋鸡蛋和百年栗园柴鸡蛋为实验材料,根据中华人民共和国国家标准,食品中叶酸的测定(GB/T5009.211—2008)所推荐的方法分别测定了两种鸡蛋蛋黄中的叶酸含量。两种鸡蛋各取12枚,每枚鸡蛋重复2次,洋鸡蛋蛋黄中的叶酸含量均值为120.7μg/100g,百年栗园柴鸡蛋蛋黄中的叶酸含量均值为122.6μg/100 g,应用统计软件SPSS 19.0进行分析,对两种鸡蛋蛋黄的检测结果进行成对资料t检验。t=1.64,P=0.129,p0.05,结果表明两种鸡蛋蛋黄的叶酸含量无显著差异。

A Comparison Between Folic Acid Content of Range Eggs Yolk and Fowl-run Eggs Yolk

Abstract:The study detected the nutrient element of folic acid in range eggs and fowl-run eggs. To understand the difference of the content of folic acid,we take the range eggs and fowl-run eggs as the testing materials and the method recommended by the Determination of Folic Acid( GB /T5009. 211-2008) in the National Standard of the People's Republic of China as the testing method to determined the folic acid of two kinds of eggs yolk. 12pieces of each kind of egg were tested. Each egg was tested 2 times. The mean fowl-run egg yolk folic acid content was 120. 7 μg /100g,and range eggs yolk folic acid content was 122. 6 μg /100g. Using statistical software SPSS19. 0 to carry on the analysis,the test determined the content of folic acid for paired data detection results of the two egg yolk. t = 1. 64,P = 0. 129,P〉 0. 05,the result indicates no significant difference between two kinds of egg yolk.
