合肥市高校体育场馆向社会开放的现状与对策研究

采用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查和数理统计等研究方法，对合肥市高校体育场地向社会开放的现状进行分析研究，进而探讨合肥市高校体育场馆社会开放的对策．研究发现，合肥市高校体育场馆向社会开放的力度不够、开放率低、安全保障措施匮乏、体育场馆设施的维护经费不足等问题．据此提出通过发挥政府部门的主导作用，建立经费补偿机制和管理规章制度，加强校园、锻炼场馆的安全措施，以及多渠道向社会开放等发展对策，以促进合肥市高校体育场馆的社会开放．

The Present Situation of Hefei＇s College Gymnasiums＇ Being Open to the Public and Its Countermeasures

By making use of literature, interviews with experts, questionnaire, mathematical statis- tics and other research methods, this paper analyses and studies the status of college gymnasiums＇ being open to the public in Hefei, and then discusses the countermeasures dealing with the situation. The study concludes： it is not enough for Hefei＇s college sports venues open to the community, with the low open rate, the lack of security measures, and inadequate maintenance of sports facilities and other is- sues, for which the author proposes that we should promote Hefei＇s college gymnasiums＇ open to the public by bringing into full play the leading role of the government, establishing fund compensation mechanisms and management regulation system, strengthening the safety measures on campus and physical training gymnasiums so as to promote the opening of Hefei college sports gymnasiums to the public.
