Animation film,as an art form,has the function of outputting value. Attention to animation films＇ function of outputting value is the intrinsic requirement of implementing the socialist core values,and also a breakthrough point for correcting the bias in animation study and its practical problems. The animation films of Golden Rooster Award mostly come from Chinese proverbs,folklores,fables,myths of ethnic minorities,historical stories,etc. It is proved that these films undertake the function of constructing Chinese modern nation state,communicating and inheriting the national culture,and cultivating audience.
