| 摘 要： | 从1979年到2005年底,中国累计吸收外商投资6224亿美元。但是,外商投资方式的变化以及跨国并购的增多也给中国经济带来了巨大的隐忧,甚至威胁到了中国经济的安全。

| Abstract: | From 1979 to the end of 2005,China absorbed an accumulative volume of US$622.4 billion of foreign investment.However,the change of foreign investment mode and the increasing of transnational merger have brought an enormous potential crisis to China's economy,and even threatened the safety of China's economy. |
