钢纤维混凝土中合理砂率的研究

摘    要:合理的砂率值主要应根据混凝土拌合物的坍落度、粘聚性及保水性等特征来确定,因本试验所拌制的混凝土,其拌合物和易性均良好,故只有通过硬化混凝土的质量来判断、确定合理的砂率。通过CF40混凝土在水灰比为0.41时的试验数据,分别对钢纤维掺入量为0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%时的抗压和砂率的关系进行分析,确定在不同钢纤维掺入量情况下的合理砂率。

Abstract:Rational sand rate should be determined according to the collapse extent, adhesivity and water-retaining property of the concrete mixture. Because the concrete mixture is easy to be made in this experiment, the rational sand rate can only be determined through hardening the quality of concrete. Through the test data of CF40 concrete when the ratio of water and plaster is 0. 41, the relation of anti -pressure and sand rate is analyzed when the the mixing amount of steel fiber is 0. 2 %, 0. 4%, 0. 6%, and 0.8%, and the rational sand rate can be determined under the different steel fiber mixing amount.
