Building Harmonious Universties with System Theory

To build harmonious universities with system theory will contribute to the beneifical cycle of teaching and research, to the universities'sustainable development and to the construction and development of specialities. The basic approaches to building harmonious universities are: harmonious development of university level and university type; harmonious unity of teaching management and teaching service; integration of teaching and research; and giving full play to the role of Party organizations as the fighting bastion.
