摘    要:采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜等仪器对聚苯醚(PPE)/环氧树脂(EP)体系的相图、相态以及机械性能进行了研究.研究结果表明:PPE/EP体系表现出最高上临界温度行为,并且随着PPE相对分子质量的降低,体系的混溶性增加,最高上临界温度从430 K下降到366K;在PPE/EP体系中加入三烯丙基异氰酸酯(TAIC)能够很明显地改善PPE的耐化学药品性;固化材料的拉伸强度随着固化温度的升高以及PPE含量的增加而增大,而拉伸模量则基本保持恒定,与材料的固化温度和组成无关;PPE/EP体系的韧性则随着PPE含量的增加而增加.

Abstract:The phase diagram,phase morphology and mechanical properties of poly(2,6-dimethy-1,4-phenylene ether)(PPE)/epoxy resin(EP) system was studied by using optical microscope and SEM,etc.The results show that PPE/EP system exhibits an UCST(Upper Critical Solution Temperature) behavior and a miscibility increasing with the decrease of relative molecular mass of PPE,resulting in a considerable shift of the UCST from 430K to 366K,that the addition of TAIC to PPE/EP system greatly improves the solvent resistant of PPE,that the tensile strength of the cured materials increases with the increase of curing temperature and PPE content,while the tensile modulus approximately keeps constant,irrespective of curing temperature and system composition,and that the toughness of PPE/EP system increases with PPE content.
