| 摘 要： | 社群是一种情感性的团体,是广大群众从事文化娱乐和工作生活的载体。常州有多种多样的社群,它们对常州城市的发展既有积极作用,也有负面影响。通过社群的自身建设和政府对社群的监管,建设积极的社群文化,发挥社群的社会责任感,能促进常州的城市文化建设和城市的发展。

| Abstract: | Community is an emotional group.It is the carrier engaged in working life and cultural entertainment of the masses.There are varieties of communities in Changzhou.These groups have both positive and negative effects on development of Changzhou city.Through self-construction of community and supervision by government,building a positive group culture,the community’s social responsibility will be played;the culture construction and urban development of Changzhou will be promoted. |
