车用永磁式缓速器电磁场数值模拟与试验

摘    要:利用ANSYS软件对永磁式缓速器的电磁场进行计算.基于数值模拟计算结果,重点分析了材料区和气隙的磁感应强度的分布特性,并将实验结果与理论计算结果进行对比分析,表明数值计算结果误差在8%以内.通过对数值模拟结果进行细致分析,可深入了解其电磁场特性及工作机理,为解决永磁式缓速器的应用提供技术参考.

Abstract:The electromagnetic field of permanent magnet retarder was calculated by using code ANSYS.Based on the results,the characteristics of electromagnetic induction of material zone and air gap were especially analyzed.Compared the results with the experimental data,it is showed that the error of calculated results is less than 8%.The characteristics of electromagnetic field and the working mechanism could be well understood by carefully analyzing the numerical results.This work is expected to provide technologi...
