| Abstract: | Summary A technique has been developed for obtaining absolute plating efficiencies as high as 79% for culturedTrichoplusia ni (TN-368) cells. The method involves the use of conditioned medium and MES, BES, or ACES buffers. Cell growth and morphology are not altered under these conditions. |
