摘    要:目的以辣根过氧化物酶(Horseradish Peroxidase,简称HRP)为催化剂,研究酶促合成低聚苯胺。方法以对苯二胺为单体,HRP为催化剂,过氧化氢为氧化剂,二氧六环/水的混合溶液为反应环境,合成低聚苯胺(PANI)。结果HRP/H2O2在有机介质环境中催化氧化对苯二胺可得到低聚苯胺,,n=4~9。结果表明,此低聚苯胺溶解性较好。结论生物酶催化反应在有机溶剂与水共混的反应环境中不仅可以完成,而且聚合度、产率相比都优于单一水或有机物作为溶剂的环境,同时实验表明,有机溶剂浓度也会影响聚合物的产率,并且运用UV-Vis、FT-IR、GPC对产物进行了结构表征与分析,证明得到了低聚苯胺。

Abstract:Aim To study Horseradish Peroxidase(HRP) catalyzed p-phenylenediamine to produce polyanilines(PANI).Methods p-phenylenediamine as monomer,aqueous/1,4-dioxane as react solvent,HRP as initiator, H2O2 oxidizing to produce polyanilines(PANI).Results Polyanilines(PANI) could be obtained by HRP/H2O2 catalyzing and oxidizing.Conclusion The structure of polyanilines(PANI),,n=4~9, has been characterized by UV-Vis and FT-IR spectra,and GPC.The yield of polymerization product has been influenced by the concentration of the organic solvent.
