聚丙烯腈碱性条件下水解的研究

摘    要:研究了聚丙烯腈在强碱条件下的水解过程。用元素分析、红外光谱、电导测定、DSC方法分析产物结构和水解条件的影响,发现了氰基转化的规律;此外,利用元素分析的结果,推算出了聚丙烯腈水解时水解度与时间的关系。并用旋转式粘度计跟踪测定了反应体系的粘度变化,考察了反应时间、碱用量、投料浓度及水解温度对水解反应的影响。

Abstract:This paper deals with the hydrolysis of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) in the presence ofsodium hydroxide. The structure of the product and the effects of the hydeolysis conditions were discussed with the aid of elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy, electric conductivity measuring and DSC method. The conversion of nitrile group was also discussed. In addition,the relationship of the degree vs the time were estimated according to the results of elemental analysis and the changes of the viscosity in the reaction system were fellowed and determined by a rotational viscometer to observe the effects of the reaction time, the quantity of sodium hydroxide, the concentration of PAN and the reaction temperature on the hydrolysis reaction.
