交通语言系统结构

用语言的规则性来比拟交通管制信息和出行相关信息系统的规则性。交通语言系统是交通管理者与出行者（设施使用者）之间进行信息交换的工具，是以文字、符号、颜色等为基础的符号体系和规则体系的集合，用于将交通管理者管理意图和出行信息等转化为直接面向出行者的交通信息，也能将这些信息反向的转化为人们可以理解的信息。文章首先给出了交通语言的定义，分析了交通语言的特点、功能和基本语素，进而建立了交通语言系统的框架结构体系，提出了系统的元素集和规则集，并将交通语言系统进行了初步的层次划分。

Framework of Traffic Language System

To assimilate the regularity of traffic management information and traveler related information with that of(language) system.Traffic Language System(TLS) is the tool by which traffic managers communicate with travelers,it is the combination of signs and rules based on words,signs and color,etc.with the aid of the tool,traffic management(information) and traveler information should be translated into the traffic information faces with by users,and vice versa.The definition of TLS was proposed at the first of the paper,and then the characteristics,functions and elements of TLS were analyzed.The framework of TLS was established,and the hierarchical structure,the set of elements and rules of the system were proposed.
