| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了JTAG结构及其TAP控制器的控制机制，描述了ARM芯片的JTAG调试原理，给出厂一种基于JTAG接口协议的ARM调试设计方案及其软硬件实现，并利用JTAG接口进行硬件设备的远程调试。
