| Abstract: | This paper introduces a new type nondestructive testing instrument for material quality of steel and iron which is developed according to the principle of initial increment permeability. Testing principle and main points in software and hardware design are discussed in this paper. The instrument can complete qualitative and quantitative nondestructive testing of component, hardness rapidly of steel and iron parts. |
