| Abstract: | By means of Cocl cell strain suspensions,the authors have established a model of human ovarian epithelian adenocarcinoma in nude mice.Cocl cells with two different concentrations (5×107/100μL,5×109/100μL)were administrated subcutaneous xenografts in nude mice.After three month boservations,the rate of successful inoculation was calculated,electromicroscopic and histopathological examination were conducted.The rates of successful inoculation were 93.75%and 100% in two groups,cocl cells are not much different with xenograft cells.When the cell concentrations were 5×107/100μL and 5×109μL per jection,the rate of successful inoculation is higher,which provides an ideal material and model for further study of human ovarian cancer. |
