从文化冲突的视角解读农民工犯罪问题

我国的农民工犯罪问题已经成为一个严重的社会问题,其经络又纠缠着“三农问题”、现代化、城市化、贫富分化等各方面问题。文化冲突论恰好提供了一个整合的视角,为犯罪寻求了一种个体化了的社会原因,在整体主义犯罪学与个体主义犯罪学之间找到一种中介,经由它使得犯罪在宏观层面和微观层面得到合理的解释。本文试图用文化冲突论的理论来解读农民工犯罪现象,以期能为这一让人深深忧虑的现象寻找一些解决之道。

An Analysis of the Peasant-worker Crime through the Cultural Conflict Theory

Peasant-worker crime has became a very seriously social problem in China .It inseparably associated with the " three farming problems ",modernization,urbanization and the gap between the rich and the poor.The theory of cultural conflict provides an integrated angle to a turn.By this theory we can search for a personalized social reason and a medium between integrated criminology and personal criminology,we can also find a legitimate explanation for the peasant-worker crime in macrocosm and microcosm by this medium.This thesis tries to analyze the peasant-worker crime by the cultural conflict theory,and find out some resolutions to the seriously social problems.
