论大学生人格特质、社会支持与自我和谐的关系

目的:探讨大学生人格特质、社会支持与自我和谐之间的关系。方法:采用艾森克人格问卷(简氏中国版)、社会支持评定量表、自我和谐量表测量500名大学生。结果:内外向性与自我和谐呈显著的正相关,精神质以及神经质与自我和谐呈显著的负相关,社会支持与自我和谐呈显著的正相关。社会支持在精神质与自我和谐之间发挥着完全中介作用,在内外向性、神经质与自我和谐之间发挥着部分中介作用。通过构建结构方程模型进一步验证了社会支持是人格特质与自我和谐关系中的中介变量。结论:人格特质通过社会支持的中介影响自我和谐。

The Relationship between Personality Traits, Social Support, and Self-consistency/Congruence of University Students

Objective:To explore the relationship between personality traits,social support,and self-consistency /congruence of university students.Methods:500 university students were investigated using EPQ—RSC,SSRS and SCCS.Results:Pearson's correlation analysis showed that,psychoticism and neurotic were significantly negatively correlated with self-harmony.However,there was significant positive correlation between extraversion and self-harmony.Social support was also significantly positively correlated with self-harmony.Hierarchical regression analysis showed that,social support entirely mediated the effect of psychoticism on self-harmony,partially mediated the effect of extraversion,neurotic on self-harmony.Through establishing structural equation model found,social support was a mediator factor between personality traits and self-harmony.Conclusion:Personality traits affected self-harmony through Social support.
