| 摘 要： | 用光镜和透射电镜观察了鲶近成熟卵膜.其卵膜由结缔组织膜、滤泡膜、放射膜和质膜等4层构成.最外层可见扁平状的间充质细胞,滤泡膜中可见脂滴和线粒体等.类脂滴呈不规则弯曲的条形片层结构.滤泡膜中的大分子物质可以通过放射膜中的管道进入卵母细胞内.靠近质膜内面可见较大的皮质小泡.

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the envelope in the near mature egg of the catfish silurus asobus through the light and electron microscope. the envelope consists of a connective (?)e membrane,a folloicular n(?)brane, a zona radiata and a plasma membrane. A lot of lipid droplets are found in the interspaces of the follicuili. the transport of material from the egg to the follicle is mediated through the passage of zona radiata by the pinocytosis. The cortical alveoli can be found present beneath the plasma membrane. |
