| 摘 要： | 环境正义所指称的主体是具体的有差别的主体。根据环境正义所指称的主体的差异性，环境正义可以分为三个基本层次，即国内正义、国际正义和代际正义，它们之间相到联系、相互影响、互为因果。

| Abstract: | The subject of environmental justice is concrete and different subject. According to the difference of the subject of environmental justice, we can divide the environmental justice into three essential types: intra - national justice, international justice and inter-generational justice. They connect with each other, influence with each other and make cause and effect with each other. |
