| 摘 要： | 从转播权的属性、转播权转让方式、转播权收入的分配、转播权的竞争等方面，对国内外体育比赛电视转播权问题进行探讨。认为电视转播权价格将呈上升趋势，电视机构争夺转播权和有关各方在转播权收入分配上的竞争将愈演愈烈，同时指出我国体育比赛电视转播权有偿转让必须朝法制化发展。

| Abstract: | The TV relay right of sports tournament both at home and abroad has been discussed from its characteristic,transferring pattern,income distribution and competition.It is considered that the price of the TV relay right is rising.TV organs' scramble for the TV relay right and competition for income distribution is more and more fierce.Meanwhile the compensable transfer of TV relay right of our sports tournament must be legalized. |
