摘    要:本文在实践经验及实验研究的基础上,分析了张力机液压系统的特点并在模型试验中记录了液压泵带载启动时压力的瞬变过程。压力超调达12.5%,如主油路改用胶管则超调降为3%左右。若外负载突然降低,液压泵进油压力将比正常情况增加3—4倍。实验还验证了采用“预建压”办法克服压力冲击的有效性。

Abstract:Based on practice and experiments, the features of tensioner's hydraulic system are discussed. The pressure transient is recorded when the pump starts on full load in modelling. The pressure overshoot is recorded as 12.5%, but it decreases to about 3% if main circuit is replaced with rubber tube. If the load suddenly decreases, the pressure in the inlet of pump will increase to 3-4 times as high as normal. The experiments prove that a method named "prebuilding-up pressure" can reduce the pressure surge effectively.
