阳光运动背景下新疆高校开展体育俱乐部教学模式的可行性研究

《中共中央、国务院关于加强青少年体育增强青少年体质的意见》的实施，极大地推进了体育事业的发展，同时对体育教学工作也提出了更高要求。随着阳光体育活动的日益展开，发展青少年体育增强青少年体质在高校中产生极大的反响，这就要求在高校体育教学过程中引入更先进及有创新的教学手段和教学方法，是目前教学重要任务之一。文章通过对新疆高校大学体育实施体育俱乐部教学模式的可行性分析，阐明了新疆高校开展体育俱乐部教学的优势，同时指出了不足，并提出相应发展的对策。旨在为新疆高校运动的发展和培养大学生养成终身体育的意识提供依据。
