大压力角零件自动测量的随动减摩设计原理

摘    要:本文通过对极座标自动测量仪的受力分析,根据摩擦力特性提出了运动减摩和以滚动摩擦代滑动摩擦的量仪设计原理,有效改善了量仪受力状态,从而使廉价、简便地自动测量大压力角平面曲线零件成为可能。

Abstract:The forces acted on a polar coordinate measuring instrument have been analysed in this paper. According to the, characteristics of friction, a friction reducing principle, which is by motion and with rolling in place of sliding, has been put forward, with the princple we can improve the frietional state effectively and make it possible to measure large presurc angle curved parts automatically with low cost.
