| 摘 要： | 采用多种培养基及培养技术 ,研究丁酸梭菌的生长情况 ,寻找最适培养基和培养方法 .实验结果表明 :丁酸梭菌为厌氧菌 ,在较低的氧化还原电位下生长良好 ,运用封石蜡凡士林法和焦性没食子酸法厌氧培养长势都很好 .在牛肉膏蛋白胨培养基和基本培养基上不生长 ,在疱肉培养基、改良疱肉培养基、改良牛肉膏蛋白胨培养基、完全培养基和磷酸缓冲液培养基上均能生长 ,其中磷酸缓冲液培养基为最佳培养基

| Abstract: | Some media and culture methods were selected to study the growth of %Clostridium butyricum% in order to find the best medium and culture method. The results showed that %Clostridium butyricum% was anaerobe that could grow by means of the pyrogallol and paraffin wax vaseline anaerobic culture methods on the condition of lower Eh. %Clostridium% butyricum couldn't be incubated on Beef Extract Peptone Medium and Main Medium, while it could grow on Chopped Meat Medium, Improved Chopped Meat Medium, Improved Beef Extract Peptone Medium, Tryptone Yeast Extract Glucose Medium and Phosphate Buffer Medium which was the best one |
