An old school talk——proficiency in linguistics and literature for sci-tech journal editors

The paper randomly reviewed over 60 medical papers with focus on their titles, abstracts and discussions. It showed that structural defects, unorganized sequence and inappropriate word match were found in 5% and cumbersome and inaccurate sentences pervasive in all papers. So the sei-teeh journal editors should attach much attention to rhetorical skills and improve proficiency in linguistics and literature.
