摘    要:基于供应链管理思想,针对二级供应链中的制造商和零售商的合作关系,建立一种基于协商定价的利润分配模型.根据影响需求的主要因素(如价格和广告等)确定制贩双方的利润分配因子的取值,并在合作模型的基础上,讨论了在不同情况下双方的重复性博弈结果,指出供应链上下游企业通过长期合作以达到“双赢”目标的可行性.结果表明,制造商和零售商坚持合作对双方的长期利润是最理想的.

Abstract:Based on the theory of supply chain management,a model for distributing profit based on consulting pricing consultation is set up,which points to the partnerships between manufacturer and retailer in a supply chain.According to the main factors affecting the demand, the numerical value of the profit-allotting coefficient between manufacturer and retailer is decided,then the repetitive game results of the two partners under different conditions are discussed,and the feasibility of the long-term cooperation in a supply chain to realize the "two-win" objective is illustrated. The conclusion is that it is best for the long-term both manufacturer and retailer to insist on cooperation for their long_term benefis.
