| 摘 要： | 应用工业生态学的理论基础及企业动态联盟的统筹思想，通过对一组织区域内的原料、能源、生产等建立动态数据库模型，对生产所需原料、能源进行分析给出多种供给和副产品处理方案，并以经济效益和环境效益作为双重指标从而选出最优方案同时努力实现物料在该区域内的闭合循环使用．

| Abstract: | Applies the basic theory of the industrial ecology and the idea of the virtual enterprises, through setting a dynamic model of the materials, energies and production etc. in a region, and analyses the material and energy which production need and give some plans of the supplies and the suggestions of how to deal with the by-product. Then choose a best plan based on the dual index for economic and environmental benefits and try to realize the recyclable use of the materials in this region. |
