| 摘 要： | 介绍了综框的激振试验分析方法,使用频谱分析仪和快速傅立叶变换(FFT)以测定综框的动态特性,研究综框振动信号的特点,比较了配在日本ZA型筘幅190cm喷气织机上的两种不同厂家生产的综框的模态参数和谱能密度,试验发现两种综框在谱能分布上的差别,通过这些谱线的特征可评估综框的质量.

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the method of impact excitation with Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) based spectrum analyzer to determine the dynamic characteristics of heald frame, and investigates the characteristics of the vibration signature of the heald frame. The modal parameters and power spectral density of the two frames made by different factories are compared. The differences in the power spectrum for estimating the quality of the heald frame are found. |
