专科学校五年制学生管理对策初探——以文山师专五年制英语专业学生为例

专科学校的五年制培养模式运行过程中，存在着学生学习不适应、自我约束能力差以及教师的教学、管理方法不适应等问题。应从加强五年制学生日常管理、抓实班主任工作、废除差生观念、任课教师参与管理以及严把招生、入学质量关等五个方面入手，努力改进专科学校五年制学生的教学与管理方法。

On the Management of Five-year College Students——About Five-year College Students Majoring in English in Wenshan Teachers' College

Several problems have occurred during the course of instructing five-year college students,they are, students'lack of self-control,not being unaccustomed to study in college,and non-effective teaching and managing system set up by teachers.R The approaches to teaching and managing those students can be improved by strengthening daily management,emphasizing head teacher's taking responsibility of his class,abolishing the division between advantaged and disadvantaged students,involving all teachers in the management and lastly,enrolling students following stringent screening.
