| 摘 要： | 采用光路分析和数据分析等方法对迈克尔逊干涉仪使用实验中所出现的条纹间距、条纹偏移、条纹粗细等问题进行了讨论。两反射面M1和M2′的距离和方位是解决问题的两个主要方面。

| Abstract: | Optical path analysis and data anslysis methods for the use of Michelson interferometer experiments which have emerged in the fringe spacing,fringe offset,fringe thickness were discussed.Reflector M1 and M2 distance and azimuth are solution to the problem of the two main aspects. |
